Property Management

The Farbman Management Group is the largest third-party fee Management Company in Michigan. It succeeds by being able to provide long-term approach, extensive market knowledge, versatility and firm-wide resources. It is strengthened through unsurpassed technical and financial resources. Our Management team acts on behalf of owners to maximize return on investment and asset appreciation by implementing strong preventive maintenance and capital improvement programs.

Development and Construction

Proof of our abilities and accomplishments is in the more than ten million square feet of office, industrial, apartment and retail space we have developed in recent years. Our in- house construction company, Huntington Construction, offers a broad range of expertise in formulating and executing important strategies necessary for successfully supervising and completing our projects.

Finance

We provide a full range of services for first and third party financial needs, including (but not limited to) debt and equity financing, inclusive of construction loans, term loans, letters of credit, lines of credit (secured and unsecured), historical tax credits, governmental funding (Section 108), budget oversight, financial due diligence and consulting. We have relationships with a large pool of lending sources to assure our clients achieve the maximum results.
