I.T. Specialist – Southfield, MI
Assist the Director of Information Technology with supporting our internal staff and remote locations on I.T. activities in a windows workstation environment. Duties include working on assignments related to our network, configuring workstations, troubleshooting windows and email issues, desktop replacement and software installation, help desk support, and special projects as assigned.
Ideal candidate will have bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; or Associate’s degree plus equivalent experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in helpdesk support of computers, printers, and mobile devices in a network environment. Must have Active Directory and Office 365 administration experience, excellent customer service skills, be able to work independently, pay strong attention to detail and have strong Microsoft Outlook and MS Office skills.
