Farbman Group is currently seeking a full time Electrician to join our team in Farmington Hills, MI.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Electrician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems across multiple commercial properties. Responsibilities:

• Perform routine electrical maintenance and troubleshooting for building systems, lighting, and equipment.
• Install, repair, and maintain electrical panels, circuits, outlets, and wiring in compliance with code.
• Support property managers and building engineers with electrical needs related to tenant buildouts and capital projects.
• Conduct inspections, identify hazards or code violations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Respond to service calls and emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and building staff to ensure timely and safe project completion.
• Maintain accurate service logs, work orders, and inventory records.

Qualifications:

• Valid Electrical License (Journeyman or Master, as required by local area).                                                                                          • Minimum 3–5 years of electrical experience, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting.
• Knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and blueprints.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. and work on ladders or lifts as required.
