Michigan’s Farbman Group Name One of Best and Brightest Companies to Work For

Southfield, Michigan-based Farbman Group was named one of the 2020 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation.
“Farbman Group is a product of the people who work here every day,” said Andrew Farbman, chief executive officer of Farbman Group. “Our employees embrace new and innovative workplace practices to continue to push us to be a better company year after year. Thanks to them, we are honored to be a nine time nationally recognized Best and Brightest Place to Work.”
The National Association for Business Resources and Best and Brightest Programs is a national awards program that identifies and honors organizations that display a commitment to excellence in operations and employee enrichment that lead to increased productivity and financial performance. These companies have demonstrated leadership and forward thinking as they pivoted their business and workforce through Covid-19.
The fall Best and Brightest National winners consists of 151 companies across the country out of 1,100 nominations.
The process to determine winners was assessed by an independent research firm that reviewed a number of key measures relative to other nationally recognized winners. Farbman Group was a standout nominee thanks to innovative workplace practices.
All winners will be honored during the virtual Illuminate Business Summit week in the spring of 2021.
