Farbman Group Grows Family Of Organizations With ClimateGuard Pro
April 7, 2026
The newly-formed organization reflects another step forward in the firm’s commitment to innovation, safety and proactive property management
Farbman Group, a full-service commercial real estate firm, today introduced the expansion of its family of organizations with ClimateGuard Pro, a new temperature and environmental monitoring solution. Andrew Farbman, CEO at Farbman Group, made the announcement.
“While it’s always important to protect our spaces, the changing seasons are a particularly strong reminder of why services like ClimateGuard Pro are so valuable,” said Farbman. “In the midst of busy days and shifting conditions, these innovative solutions will provide teams with the peace of mind necessary to focus on what truly matters when the temperature drops—their day-to-day responsibilities.”
ClimateGuard Pro was created to protect buildings, prevent emergencies and ensure smooth, efficient operations. From identifying areas of risk and monitoring temperatures during winters or heavy summer rains to detecting potential liquid infiltration in office suites and protecting pipes from bursting, its services will help properties remain safe and secure year-round.
Farbman Group has appointed Jordan Valasek, senior vice president and director of property management, to lead the charge on ClimateGuard Pro sales. The company started within the Farbman Group property managed portfolio, and is expanding outside the firm’s managed properties to buildings throughout the Midwest.
ClimateGuard Pro joins Farbman Group’s broader family of organizations, including Apex Mechanical Solutions, Huntington Construction, NAI Farbman, Huntington Maintenance and many more.
Founded in 1976 and celebrating 50 years in business, Farbman Group is a leading full-service commercial real estate firm handling all facets of real estate transactions, from property management and leasing to acquisition and disposition. Farbman Group manages more than 35 million square feet of office, retail, multi-family, and industrial space throughout the Midwest. For more information, please visit www.farbman.com.
