Farbman Sells Sportsmen’s Den Property in Michigan
February 8, 2024
Farbman Group closed the sale of 15001 Sibley Road, formerly the Sportsmen’s Den in Riverview, Michigan. Nanci Tarpley, sales and leasing associate for Farbman Group, brokered the deal.
The Sportsmen’s Den, operated by the Orlando family for more than four decades, was sold to local restaurateur Jeremy Syrocki for an undisclosed price. “The Den had a rich history rooted in Michigan sports, from serving the Michigan Wolverines college football program to catering regularly for the Detroit Tigers,” said Tarpley.
The 24,250-square-foot property, which includes a banquet hall, was listed for sale after the previous owner retired. The location’s sports history includes hosting and catering for the Detroit Tigers from 1982-2009, and regular visits from Lloyd Carr, former Michigan head football coach and Riverview native.
