Accounts Receivable Specialist

Farbman Group is currently seeking a full time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Farbman Group  team in Southfield, MI.

Job Summary:

This position prepares accounts receivable transactions and processes payments.

Responsibilities:

• Process daily bank deposits
• Track and resolve outstanding payment issues
• Generate monthly aging reports
• Conduct account research and analysis
• Prepare and maintain various reports
• Send statements to outstanding customers
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of prior accounts receivable experience, preferably in commercial real estate
• Ability to respond to accounting issues
• Ability to stay focused and multi-task
• Ability to work as a team as well as independently
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong computer skills, knowledge of Yardi a plus
