Farbman Group is currently seeking a full time Commercial Property Manager to join our team in Southfield, MI.

Farbman Group is a full service commercial real estate company located in Southfield, MI.  Established in 1976, we have been serving our clients for over 43 years by providing top notch real estate services including property management, construction, commercial brokerage and leasing, development and site selection, receivership, financial services, medical real estate and distressed assets/asset repositioning. We are looking for an experienced property manager to join our team!

Job Summary:

This position supports the management of commercial real estate in accordance with the management agreement for the properties assigned. The Property Manager is involved in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the properties, including accounting, tenant relations, maintenance and repair, security, janitorial services, landscaping, snow removal, etc. Will handle tenant complaints and service requests and must be familiar with the terms of tenant leases. The Property Manager assists in the preparation of the annual budget, reporting and financial performance of the properties.

Requirements:
Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum five (5) years prior commercial office building management experience.
• Working knowledge of financial accounting, financial reporting and budgeting.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Yardi Property Management software a plus.
• Excellent organization skills, time management skills, and communication skills.
• Real estate license will be required.
