Commercial Real Estate Intern

NAI Farbman is looking for a part-time winter intern to join our team. This is an opportunity for a college student to gain a real-world experience and learn about the commercial real estate industry by working in our investment brokerage department. The intern will assist brokers and sales associates with finding leads and developing prospects by performing the following responsibilities. This position requires 20+ hours/week and is flexible to work with school schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Researching potential clients and properties
• Building relationships with potential clients and referral sources
• Marketing properties to potential buyers using external/internal platforms

• Developing confidence in cold-calling, networking, and building productive relationships with all levels of professionals

Qualifications:

• Pursuing degree in Business, Real Estate, or similar field
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior real estate experience a plus
